Acara dibuka oleh Inspektur Daerah Provinsi Bali I Wayan Sugiada didampingi Asisten Perdata dan Tata Usaha Negara Kejaksaan Tinggi Bali dan Kepala Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Bali. &nbsp;Acara dihadiri oleh Kepala BPKAD Provinsi Bali, Kepala Pelaksana BPBD Provinsi Bali, Kepala Sat. Pol PP Provinsi Bali, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Bali, Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Bali, Kepala Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bali, Kepala Dinas Ketenaga Kerjaan dan ESDM Provinsi Bali, Kepala Dinas Sosial Pemberdayaan Perempuan, dan Perlindungan Anak Provinsi Bali, Kepala Dinas Koperasi, UKM Provinsi Bali, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Provinsi Bali, Kepala Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, dan Statistik Provinsi Bali, Kepala Biro Pengadaan Barang\/Jasa Setda.
