Acara dipimpin oleh Setda Provinsi Bali I Dewa Made Indra didampingi oleh Inspektur Provinsi Bali I Wayan Sugiada dan Kepala Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Bali Umar Ibnu Alkhatab.
