Acara dibuka oleh Sekretaris Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Bali I Komang Hendri Lesmana dan dihadiri Kepala Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Bali, Kepala Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi
