Provinsi Bali"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dalam Road Map Sistem Pengelolaan Pengaduan Pelayanan Publik Nasional Tahun 2020-2024, salah satu indikasi Program Level Mikro adalah Program Penguatan Kelembagaan dan Sumber Daya Manusia dengan Kegiatan Penataan Tata Laksana Pengelolaan Pengaduan Instansi, ruang lingkupnya antara lain penyusunan proses bisnis dan SOP pengaduan sesuai standar yang berlaku secara nasional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senin, 31 Mei 2021 bertempat di Ruang Rapat Sabha Adhyasta Pratama Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Bali dilaksanakan <em>Focus Group Discussion <\/em>(FGD) Teknis Penyusunan dan Evaluasi &nbsp;Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) SP4N-LAPOR! Provinsi Bali. Acara dibuka oleh Inspektur Daerah Provinsi Bali I Wayan Sugiada didampingi Inspektur Pembantu Wilayah V I Made Supartha.
