Acara dipimpin langsung oleh Inspektur Daerah Provinsi Bali I Wayan Sugiada didampingi Irbanwil I I Gst.Ag. Ayu Ekaputri Kusumayoni, Irbanwil II I Gst Ngurah Putra Wiradnyana, Irbanwil III I Wayan Badung Adiyasa, Irbanwil IV Made Widhi Dharma. Acara dihadiri oleh Sekretaris DPRD Provinsi Bali, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Bali, Kepala Dinas Pemajuan Masyarakat Adat Provinsi Bali, Kepala Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Provinsi Bali, Kepala Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Bali, Kepala Biro Pemerintahandan Kesra Setda.
